TRAVEL

We live in the central valley of Vermont, a place of immense wonder that is kind of hard to get to!

We recommend having your own mode of transportation, since Uber does not exist here.

Rental cars are available at all the airports listed below.

AIRPORTS

Burlington Airport
1.5 hours away and has many rental car companies.

West Lebanon Airport
Cape Air flies from NYC (ZYP) and Boston (BOS) to West Lebanon NH (LEB), just 30 minutes away!
It books up quickly so be sure to book far in advance!
Not for the faint of heart, these are tiny little planes.
They can also be canceled last minute due to weather.

Boston Logan Airport
Boston is only a 2.5 hour drive to Tunbridge. If you're coming from far, it can be easiest to book to Logan, rent a car and drive up.

AMTRAK

Amtrak takes a while but it is beautiful. No car rental on site and you will need a pick up if you take this option. You can arrive at Randolph, VT or White River Junction, VT.

DARMOUTH COACH

Bus transport option from NYC or Boston, including Boston Logan Airport. No car rental on site and you will need a pick up if you take this option.

LODGING

We recommend that you book lodging soon and in the following towns:
Tunbridge, South Royalton, Chelsea, Randolph, Barnard, and Woodstock.

There are hotel blocks available in Woodstock and Randolph.

Woodstock has more shops and cafés, if you’re into that sort of thing :)

HOTELS

The Woodstock Inn $$$
Hotel block under Nichols/Dunbar

The Shire $$

The Quechee Inn at Marshland Farm $$

My Place Hotel $
Hotel block under Nichols/Dunbar

There are other small inns and hotels in the area.

Airbnb/VRBO
/hipcamp

There are tons of AirBnBs, VRBOs, and HIPCAMPS in the area.

This is a list of a handful of Airbnbs that look nice in the area.

F.A.Q.

I have kids, why can’t they join? I’m furious!

Chill, daddy! Your kids are welcome to join on Friday and Sunday.

But what will happen to them on Saturday?

If you need a babysitter, contact Maddie Frost at (802) 522-4256. She is highly trusted and lovely.

What about dogs? Can my dog come?

To our wedding? No. There will be sheep. We don’t need a disaster on our hands.

I have dietary restrictions.
Can you accommodate that?

We sure hope so! An actual invitation will be sent in the mail, where you can tell us all about it!

Shuttles?

We’ll have them! More info soon!

What about gifts?

We love gifts! (We are considering a registry.)
